Navy Talk > I think were being screwed

So me and my friends have been trying to join the Navy for the past month or two. We've made it through MEPC and took the ASVAB together and are green to go. We all got relatively high scores, however due to some complications(long story) I ended up skipping the last 3/11 of the test. My friends line scored for NUC and I did not. NONE of us want to do nuke, and we communicated this to our recruiter. At the liason, the counselor for NUC just kept pushing it on them. Also our recruiter wants them to get their parents' Naturalization papers (parents born out of U.S.). We have Navy resources, out of Active duty and we do our research. We've been told Naturalization papers etc. are not needed except for jobs with top secret clearance. Like NUC. I have the most free time out of the three of us, so I've been able to communicate to my recruiter more often. He was able to find me the job I wanted two weeks ago, but still nothing for my friends. My recruiter says there aren't any jobs available, other than NUC, Spec Ops, etc. He insists on my friends' parents papers. What should we do?
