Supplements I'm Currently Taking
I have been trying to build lean muscle. Currently, I weigh in at about 184 pounds. That is quite a bit of weight for someone who is 5'4".
Technically, if you look at doctor charts on what I should be weighing in at using height to weight ratios, for my height I should be weighing around 130 pounds.
I guaran-effin-tee I will never weigh that! I seriously eat too much and enjoy hitting the weights too hard to drop that much weight.
My ideal goal according to what I want to be is anywhere between 160-170. That way I can still be pretty bulky but hopefully be able to have a ripped six pack.
With those goals in mind, I wanted to post a list of all the supplements I am taking.
Protein
I am taking Syntha-6 by BSN. I still have at least half way left on it. So far it is the best tasting protein I've taken in a while. Chocolate is my choice of flavor.
I have recently taken NitroTech Hardcore and NitroIsolate. They were pretty decent in taste. Hardcore made my stomach hurt when I took it. I'm sure if I would have stayed on the product my body would have gotten used to it. Usually you will get some minor side effects when your first time taking any type of supplement. I have to say the most common one is TERRIBLE Farts! haha. I'm a guy so I can hack it. Get Big or Go Home!
The main reason for me to switch to Syntha-6 was the prices of Hardcore and Isolate. I am a little bit of a cheapo and I wanted to buy a protein that came from a reputable brand but still in my price range.
I've been getting my supplements on base at GNC. They seem to be pricier than if you get them online. I just have a hard time since I'm in Bahrain and all. I highly recommend shopping at I-Supplements.com

Pre-Workout
For my pre-workout I am stuck on BSN's N.O. Explode. Some other products I have tried are Jack3d,
N.O. ExplodeBlackPowder and Nano Vapor. These are all great products I just prefer the N.O. Explode. I guess it just has the most effect on my body.
I take N.O. Explode about 20 minutes before I start my workout. It gives me a great pump and that feeling of not being able to get tired very easily. Be careful at first though. Be sure to follow the directions!. If you are new to these types of pre-workout drinks you should take about half of the suggested amount so that your body can get used to them.
Fat Loss
Since my goals are to build muscle and shred the rest of my fat I have started taking Animal Cuts
by Universal Nutrition. As any supplement I begin taking I have done my research on this product and have read good things about it. I'm no scientist but this product is supposed to give you a harder more defined look. It says to take it in cycles of three weeks on and one week off. I am only on my second day. I will post some pictures to show you any progress I make.
