Next Level Fitness

I'm here in Bahrain until April 18th, 2011. Old pic of me

I have made it my personal goal to get as fit as I possibly can. So far things are going pretty well for me. Still no six pack though! 

I was already in decent shape. Prior to leaving my wife and I ate out A LOT! I really started to put on some flabby McNasties. Haha. I am always blaming my wife for me eating out and skipping gym sessions. You women love to go out to eat! If I can't get a six pack in the total of six months that I will be in Bahrain without my wife as an excuse, then it's just not going to happen. 

The odds are against me since I have never had a six pack. 

Ever. 

I've always been muscular but with that pudge for a stomach. Strong but still a pudge nonetheless. 

I got to Bahrain on November 10th. Since then me and the gym have been really good friends. I got to the gym about six times a week and I have been seeing gains without a doubt. 

I want to start posting updates on where I am at with my fitness level. I will be posting pictures of myself every two weeks. Hopefully noticing a difference in each. A POSITIVE difference that is. 

My main problem is my diet. I love to eat any and everything. At work they call me the garbage disposal! Haha. If I can just watch my overeating and keep up my cardio. I should have a six pack in no time. 

Eventually I would like to have different workouts and fitness tips on this site. I know this site originally started out as a Navy blog but I am trying to incorporate other topics into it. After all, as much as I love the Navy, I wont be in it forever. I actually am planning on getting out after my first enlistment which ends march of 2012.

Sorry I got off track. Back to the fitness thing.

Hey bro my name is chris lol you know me from Facebook =] my advice for you is to get P90X. Its an excellent way to get shape and you do it in 90 days. Ive already done 2 rounds of it and lost 30lbs the first time then i took a break and gained that weight back unfortunately and then i lost 35 lbs after round 2. Lost fat and got the 6 pack as u can see from my pics on facebook and i got some cuts lol definately look into it bro. Keep up the good work man come home safe =D HOOYAH!!

glad you finally posted something new. been missing my brother! yeah you are getting a little big there boy! i thought it was muscle until you told us other wise. (wink).

hey i was looking for your skydiving video... do you have that posted up anywhere? i was watching mine and it got me all hyped to go again.

miss you tons. don't worry we're taking care of the wifey. keep up the posts, bro.
